Star Attorney Has Some Great News Following Mar-A-Lago Raid

A lot of Democrats and leftists are celebrating following the Mar-A-Lago raid.

However, Alan Dershowitz is here to pop those balloons and end that party much to the chagrin of all these never-Trumpers and those unfortunate malcontents afflicted with TDS.

Many Democrats are sadly mistaken about two major things…

First, this raid is unlikely to yield any serious indictments against President Trump being that the raid was a shot in the dark, hoping to find something, anything, to condemn Donald J. Trump.

Secondly, and more importantly, even if Trump were indicted, convicted, and sent to a deep-state gulag, there are absolutely no provisions in the constitution to prevent him from running for office again in 2024.

Dershowitz goes on to say in a separate interview that he believes this raid actually strengthened support for Donald Trump among voters…

Here are just some of his thoughts on the recent Mar-A-Lago raid:

Dershowitz claims via The Epoch Times:

“He can run for president even if he’s indicted, convicted, and wearing striped shirts, prison garb,” he added to the channel.

“The Constitution provides only four bases for disqualification for president, and being convicted of a crime is not one of them.

Congress can’t change the criteria that are in the Constitution for the election of the president.”

According to Newsmax, Dershowitz went on to say:

“We’re living in an age where progressives and radicals on the left believe you can do anything,” said Dershowitz.

“You can trash the Constitution. You can destroy the rule of law as long as the goal is to get Donald Trump.”
