Trump Bleeds The U.N. Dry As He Withholds $285 Million Funding; U.N. Can’t Pay Its Bills

They are now $230 million in the hole!

This might be my favorite story I’ve reported on in a LONG time!

Do you remember when President Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel?

The world freaked out.

Isn’t that odd?

Why is their such hatred for only one tiny little country the size of New Jersey?

Perhaps it’s because that’s the only country that the God of gods, YHWH, has claimed for his own, could that be it?

Well, President Trump honored them and recognized Israel and all hell broke loose….literally!

The U.N. passed a resolution 128-9 condemning Trump’s actions.

It was a little temper tantrum they were throwing, but President Trump punched back very strongly at that time.

Via U.N. Ambassodor Nikki Haley, the Trump Administration told the U.N. that we would remember that day in the future when the U.N. comes calling for funding.

And guess what folks….that day is today!

GOD BLESS PRESIDENT TRUMP!

By the USA Today’s account, the Trump Administration has withheld $381 million in prior payments and $674 million this year!

I love this so much!

Hey, don't worry United Nations, I'm sure George Soros can scratch you a check!

Oh what a bed they made for themselves, didn't they?

You want to insult the United States?

You want to insult Trump?

You want to attack Israel?

Be our guest....just don't come looking to us for $1 BILLION with your hand out, because it's not coming!

You can take that hand and wipe your ass with it, because that's all it's gonna be good for!

Breitbart recalls the events of 2017 surrounding Jerusalem:

The Christmas Eve statement reads in full:

Today, the United Nations agreed on a budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. ‎Among a host of other successes, the United States negotiated a reduction of over $285 million off the 2016-2017 final budget. In addition to these significant cost savings, we reduced the UN’s bloated management and support functions, bolstered support for key U.S. priorities throughout the world, and instilled more discipline and accountability throughout the UN system.

“The inefficiency and overspending of the United Nations are well known. We will no longer let the generosity of the American people be taken advantage of or remain unchecked. This historic reduction in spending – in addition to many other moves toward a more efficient and accountable UN – is a big step in the right direction. While we are pleased with the results of this year’s budget negotiations, you can be sure we’ll continue to look at ways to increase the UN’s efficiency‎ while protecting our interests,” said Ambassador Haley.

Haley’s statement comes after the U.N. voted to condemn the United States for President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The resolution, backed by nations with long records of extreme human rights abuses, passed 128-9 last Thursday. Haley immediately responded by threatening to reduce America’s U.N. funding.

“The United States will remember this day in which it was singled out for attack in the General Assembly for the very act of exercising our right as a sovereign nation,” Haley told the assembly in New York City.

“We will remember it when we are called upon to once again make the world’s largest contribution to the United Nations and we will remember it when so many countries come calling on us, as they so often do, to pay even more and to use our influence for their benefit.”

And Breitbart also expertly covered the funding problems faced by the U.N. today:

The United Nations is running a deficit of $230 million, Secretary General Antonio Guterres warned on Monday, and may run out of money by the end of October unless world governments immediately meet their financial obligations.

U.S. taxpayers would most likely be hardest hit by any immediate cash injection into the global organization.

The United States is by far the U.N.’s biggest financial contributor, providing 22 percent of its operating budget and funding 28 percent of peacekeeping missions, which currently cost $8 billion annually.

The next two major contributors are Germany and the U.K.

In a letter intended for the 37,000 employees at the U.N. secretariat and obtained by AFP, Guterres said unspecified, “additional stop-gap measures” would have to be taken to ensure salaries and entitilements are met.

These might include holding fewer meetings and cutting back on travel and associated entitlements.

“Member States have paid only 70 per cent of the total amount needed for our regular budget operations in 2019. This translates into a cash shortage of $230 million at the end of September. We run the risk of depleting our backup liquidity reserves by the end of the month,” he wrote.

Donald Trump has long pushed for reform of the U.N. and just last week warned the “future does not belong to globalists” in a warning to the organization’s leaders:

Dan Bongino Exposes Obama, Mueller and Comey: “The Biggest Scam In American History”

In December 2017 Nikki Haley, the then United States Ambassador to the organization, announced the federal government had reduced its contribution to the U.N.’s annual budget by $285 million, as Breitbart News reported.

Haley’s statement came after the U.N. voted to condemn the United States for President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. The resolution, backed by nations with long records of extreme human rights abuses, passed 128-9.
