An enormous fire started at a Brooklyn lumber storage warehouse.
Firefighters responded to a blaze in a single-story lumber storage warehouse in the Williamsburg neighborhood.
There were reports of dense smoke in the area.
It’s currently unclear what started the fire.

ABC 7 reported:
Large plumes billow from a fire at a commercial building in Brooklyn.
The fire broke out Tuesday morning in Williamsburg on Hewes Street near the elevated subway tracks that run above Broadway.
The fire started at a one-story commercial building that appears to be a lumber storage facility.
Firefighters are still battling the flames and heavy smoke. No injuries have been reported at this time, according to FDNY.

“FDNY Members are fighting a 4-alarm fire at 304 Hewes Street in Brooklyn. The call came in at 10:51 am. When units arrived, they found fire in a large commercial building containing a lot of lumber. The fire spread to an adjacent 3-story building, There is no report of injuries,” FDNY tweeted.

The Brooklyn incident is the latest industrial fire to hit the United States.
A Florida renewable energy plant last week caught fire and burned for days.
Also, an oil tanker caught fire at Oklahoma's Port of Catoosa.
