According to the defense team representing the Proud Boys, the FBI manufactured evidence in order to frame them in connection with various alleged crimes occurring on January 6th, 2021.

Previously, there was some speculation that the FBI infiltrated the ranks of the Proud Boys…

As new evidence is slowly released and becomes a matter of public record, like the 14,000 hours of footage from that day, the more probable a full acquittal will become.

“It appears that the government itself is the author of the most incriminating and damning document in this case, which was mysteriously sent at government request to Proud Boy leader Enrique Tarrio immediately prior to January 6 in order to frame or implicate Tarrio in a government-created scheme to storm buildings around the Capitol,” defense attorney Roger Roots wrote in a seven-page document filed with the court.

Lawyers representing the five Proud Boys charged with seditious conspiracy have repeatedly sparred with U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly during breaks in testimony.

At least 10 times, those lawyers have argued in vain for him to declare a mistrial.
