“Three hospitals in California face lawsuits alleging they treated patients with the controversial antiviral drug remdesivir without receiving informed consent, using a protocol which two attorneys allege led to wrongful death,” The Epoch Times reported.

“Daniel Watkins with Watkins & Letofsky and Michael Hamilton with Hamilton & Associates filed three complaints—one against Saint Agnes Medical Center, Community Regional Medical Center, and Clovis Community Medical Center—in the Superior Court of California in Fresno County on Sept. 7.”

These lawsuits deserve the attention of the whole nation.

If justice is served in the aforementioned lawsuits, it could be a precedent for the families of countless victims of medical malpractice.

Dr. Peter McCullough spoke at a conference in Fresno, California in reference to the lawsuits against the hospitals.

McCullough said what happened in the hospitals is inexcusable.

"When your loved one is in the hospital, and you're in the hospital, you have a right to share in the decision. And if you sit in the hospital and you say, 'I want ivermectin,' that is your right," McCullough explained.

"The rights of these people and these family members were taken away from them. And in our country when rights are taken away, and there is harm caused - in this case, the most ultimate harm, the loss of life, justice will be served."
