It’s the battle between the doctors!
In Dr. Mehmet Oz’s latest statement to the New York Post, the Dr. Oz stated that Fauci cannot be trusted by the public anymore.
That wasn’t all, Dr. Oz also called for Dr. Fauci to resign as the Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
These statements are shocking considering, Dr. Oz was completely silent when it came to calling out Fauci earlier in the year.
Many believe Dr. Oz is only calling out Fauci now because he wants to grow a larger base for his US Senate run.

Fox News had more on the story:
TV personality and medical professional Dr. Mehmet Oz is calling for Dr. Anthony Fauci to be “held accountable,” suggesting that he should resign as Americans have lost “faith and confidence” in his service.
Oz, who announced last month that he was joining the race for the U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania, took aim at Fauci in a statement to the New York Post.
“Dr. Anthony Fauci has lost the faith and confidence of the American people,” Oz said. “It’s time for a new face talking to the American people, one that is more trusted.”
Oz also stated he believes Fauci “should be held accountable for misleading, whether willfully or unintentionally, the American public and the United States Congress” on matters relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fauci, who heads the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, faced immense scrutiny from the American people after he shifted positions and contradicted himself on a number of guidelines, including the usage of face masks and the threat of COVID-19 in America.

The New York Post broke the story:
Dr. Oz says it’s time for Dr. Fauci to take his medicine.
Mehmet Oz, the medical entrepreneur and television host now running for US Senate in Pennsylvania, said he would like to see Anthony Fauci removed as director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases — a post he has held since 1984.
“Dr. Anthony Fauci has lost the faith and confidence of the American people,” Oz told The Post. “It’s time for a new face talking to the American people, one that is more trusted.
“I believe Anthony Fauci should be held accountable for misleading, whether willfully or unintentionally, the American public and the United States Congress,” Oz added.
Oz threw his hat into the Pennsylvania GOP Senate race last week, looking to fill the seat being vacated by retiring Republican incumbent Sen. Pat Toomey. David McCormick, a hedge fund CEO, is also eyeing a run. Scott Parnell, a Trump-endorsed candidate, dropped out of the race in November.
Many Republicans believe Oz is a wolf in sheep’s clothing due to the fact he wants to treat shootings a s a public health crisis and we all know what would happened if the CDC starts to tear down our 2nd Amendment rights.
Right now, the @CDCgov is NOT funded to study gun violence in this country. It’s time we treat shootings as a public health problem. Contact your congressperson today to demand they fund the #CDC to comprehensively study gun violence. #EndTheBan https://t.co/iFDGMG7fI5 pic.twitter.com/lZdMXW5zLC
