Here we go again.
Another day, another phony lawsuit against one of the greatest Presidents ever. Sources say that The 45th President of The United States is being sued for his use of the term “China Virus.”
They’re (surprise, surprise) claiming that it’s ‘racist.’
It’s amazing to me how the term ‘racist’ has come to mean anything which is factually true. It doesn’t matter what anyone’s thoughts on the virus are—it DID originate in China.
That is a FACT that cannot be denied!
Now how it started is definitely up for grabs, but WHERE it started is set in stone. I also want to point out that day by day the theory that it came from a lab is gaining ground.

Donald Trump is getting dragged into court for using the term "China virus" ... a new lawsuit says the former President caused a lot of harm to Chinese Americans with the phrase.
Trump's getting sued by the Chinese American Civil Rights Coalition ... and they're pissed over him constantly referring to COVID-19 as "Chinese virus," "Wuhan virus" and "Kung Flu" while he was in office.According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the CACRC claims Trump's use of the derogatory terms contributed to the recent rise in violence against Chinese and Asian Americans ... and they claim he should have known better.

The plaintiffs allege that Trump knew this as he made his derogatory claims. The suit further claims that Trump should have realized the full impact of his words.
“The truth matters, words have consequences ... especially from those in powerful and influential positions,” the complaint states. “[Trump] intentionally repeated those defamatory words to serve his own personal and political interest with astonishing level of actual malice and negligence, hence severely injuring the Chinese/Asian Americans communities in the process.”
CACRC is asking for $1 for every Asian American and Pacific Islander in the United States, which would total $22.9 million. The plaintiffs said they would use the money to establish a museum that would showcase the history and accomplishments of the Asian American and Pacific Islander community in the U.S.
