Some people are cleaning up the trash being left behind by rioters and anarchists in our country.
Our friends at Fox News report that an anonymous group replaced "defund" with "defend" on a "Defund The Police Mural" outside Milwaukee's city hall:
A "Defund the Police" mural outside Milwaukee's City Hall was painted over by an anonymous group in an effort to show support for law enforcement but changed back to its original message Friday, according to media reports.
The mural was painted Wednesday to support the nationwide movement to divert funds from police departments toward schools and youth programs. It was later tampered with to spell out "Defend the Police," with the "D" painted blue, the first "E" covered, and the "U" changed to an "E," Urban Milwaukee reported.
Around 30 activists painted the original mural without permits or permission from the city. On Friday, Fox News affiliate WITI-TV spotted a paint job to fix the mural underway.
The change to the original phrase came after former Alderman Robert Donovan criticized the mural via social media Wednesday night.
"Fixed it for you, folks!" he wrote, accompanied by a photo showing the original phrase crossed out with a blue line.
Donovan advocated for increasing funding for the city's police department and protecting officers during his 20 years on Milwaukee's Common Council, according to Urban Milwaukee."
We may not know who spruced up the mural, but here's a look at the WOKE gang who painted the original:
Urban Milwaukee first broke the story, and covered how one former Milwaukee Alderman, Robert Donovan, was greeted by a mob at his house, after supporting the changed mural on social media:
A crowd gathered outside Donovan’s southside home on Wednesday night and chalked his sidewalk with messages of “Black Lives Matter.”
“I must say it’s a very sad day when a private citizen cannot exercise his first amendment rights without being confronted with this nonsense,” said Donovan on Facebook. The police department responded to the scene and at least one person was arrested (details below).
Donovan was a prominent proponent of increasing funding for the police department and protecting rank-and-file officers during his 20 years on the council.
The Common Council is considering a 10 percent reallocation away from the approximately $300 million police department budget."
There you have it folks.
Opposition will not be tolerated.
If you change their graffiti masterpieces, you will be targeted.
Meanwhile, social media like Twitter are busy censoring Donald Trump, they say nothing about the leftwing mobs using their platforms to target private civilians.
