He’s back baby! Following a broad 2-year social media suspension, President Trump is back on Facebook and YouTube:

The 45th President of the United States of America wasted no time in getting down to business, posting his first video in 2 years yesterday.

Clocking in at 12 seconds, the video is one of President Trump’s shorter posts, but we welcome the news with fandom and enthusiasm—President Trump is hilarious and I missed the guy.

Truth Social is wonderful, so is Gab—it’s great that there are alternative social media platforms. …

However, one of President Trump’s greatest strengths is in his interaction with the audience—he needs to be on YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook, where he has the most exposure to the broadest audience.

In my opinion he is simply preaching to the choir on Truth Social—what’s the point of that? We already agree with him.

Timcast broke down President Trump’s recent video and provided an analysis of viable strategies and tactics for the Trump campaign heading into 2024:

Of course, the left-wing establishment did everything they could to push for greater censorship and denounced the return of President Trump to mainstream social media.

Citizens for Ethics claimed that President Trump used his social media presence to incite violence—despite the sham January 6th narrative being hollowed from the inside out.

Fox News reports that YouTube issued this statement:

“Starting today, The Donald J. Trump channel is no longer restricted and the ability to upload new content is restored,” Leslie Miller, YouTube’s vice president of public policy, said in a statement shared with Fox News Digital.

“We carefully evaluated the continued risk of real-world violence, balancing that with the importance of preserving the opportunity for voters to hear equally from major national candidates in the run up to an election.

This channel will continue to be subject to our policies, just like any other channel on YouTube.”
