Justin Bieber Shares Update On Facial Paralysis

Justin Bieber made headlines last year due to his facial paralysis caused by Ramsay Hunt Syndrome.

The 29-year-old pop star is widely believed to have suffered a vaccine injury that caused the onset of the Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and the ensuing facial paralysis.

Previously, we saw Bieber cancel world tour shows due to his injury.

However, Justin Bieber recently revealed to fans that he is regaining the dexterity in his face through a short Instagram demonstration he posted.

Here’s more on the story:

Western Journal had more details on Ramsay Hunt Syndrome:

“Ramsay Hunt syndrome (herpes zoster oticus) occurs when a shingles outbreak affects the facial nerve near one of your ears,” the Mayo Clinic reported.

“In addition to the painful shingles rash, Ramsay Hunt syndrome can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss in the affected ear.”

Glamour provided this statement from Justin Bieber:

“I love you guys. Thanks for being patient with me. And I’m gonna get better,” he said in the video announcement.

“And I’m doing all these facial exercises to get my face back to normal, and it will go back to normal.

It’s just time, and we don’t know how much time that’s gonna be, but it’s gonna be okay and I have hope and I trust God.”
