Jurors are required and instructed to remain tight-lipped and maintain a distance from the media to ensure fair and untainted court proceedings.
This is elementary and widely understood.
Emily Kohrs, the jury foreperson in the current Georgia grand jury trial, disregarded this basic tenet of jury deliberation by going on a media parade:

Pro-Trump pundits celebrated the move, as it essentially shows that this investigation was biased from the start and completely disregards standard court procedure.
Even the liberal media establishment knows that Kohrs’ now-infamous interviews don’t bode well for the prosecution:
“This was a horrible idea and I I guarantee you prosecutors are wincing”
Thank you, Emily Kohrs 😂

Judge Robert C. McBurney issued this statement regarding Kohrs’ media appearances, according to ABC News:
“I explained you don’t talk about what the group discussed about the witnesses’ testimony, but you can talk about witness testimony,” he said. “You could talk about things that the assistant district attorneys told you. … And then finally, you can talk about the final report because that is the product of your deliberations, but it’s not your deliberations.”
“This grand jury’s sole role was to prepare a report that was merely a set of recommendations for the district attorney — full stop. Nothing more.”
“And so folks should think long and hard about what impact, at all, this special purpose grand jury’s work would have should there be an indictment down the road.”

Fox News noted the words of attorney Andrew McCarthy:
“This is a terrible thing. She basically flouted the secrecy rules of the grand jury. She flouted the judge’s order, and she makes the whole enterprise down there in Georgia look like it’s a, you know – Trump called it a kangaroo court,” McCarthy said.
“Whether it really is a kangaroo court or not, in that colorful sense, we’ll have to see as the proceedings go by.
But it’s absolutely true that it’s a terrible blow for their legal system and for this particular investigation, which has already had problems, because, you know, the [Fulton County] District Attorney [Fani Willis] is an elected Democrat who had a lot to say publicly about Trump even before this investigation opened,” he continued.
“This doesn’t help them present the impression that they’re running a tight, ethical, professional investigation.”
