Articles of Impeachment Hit Biden Administration!

The Biden administration has been a disaster across the board.

Although there are numerous reasons to draft articles of impeachment against the Biden administration, the border is among the top issues.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) hasn’t wasted much time after the Republicans gained the House majority.

“How do you think the Congress should respond?” Tucker Carlson asked Rep. Biggs.

“You remove somebody from office, a public official from office, who’s causing public harm and violating the public trust. That is impeachment,” Biggs explained.

“He’s literally attacked the essence of this country by attacking the geographical integrity and he’s changing so much. He’s put so many people in danger. We’ve got terrorists here that would have never been here. We got criminal gang members and we’ve got well over a million people here,” he added.

“We have no idea anything about their background or where they went because they just got away into the country because of his policies,” Biggs noted.

Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX) is working with Biggs on filing articles of impeachment against DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for misleading Congress.

Fallon joined John Bachman Now on Newsmax to discuss impeachment of Mayorkas.

“He said under oath, in 2021 and 2022, that the border was secure,” Fallon commented.

“He got caught on an open mic, shortly thereafter, saying the border was chaos.”

“He clearly knew the truth and willfully misled Congress and then by extension, the American people,” Fallon added.

The articles were first introduced by Biggs, who has repeatedly called for Mayorkas to be removed from his position, in 2021 and accuse Mayorkas of having” engaged in a pattern of conduct that is incompatible with his duties as an Officer of the United States.”

Now, with a record 2.3 million encounters of migrants in FY 2022, and more than 251,000 in December alone — and with Republicans having taken control of the House — that impeachment push has been renewed.

“Secretary Mayorkas has failed to faithfully uphold his oath and has instead presided over a reckless abandonment of border security and immigration enforcement, at the expense of the Constitution and the security of the United States. Secretary Mayorkas has violated, and continues to violate, this oath by failing to maintain operational control of the border and releasing hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens into the interior of the United States.”

It also accuses him of having failed to implement the 2006 Secure Fence Act which requires DHS to take actions to “achieve and maintain operational control” over the border.

Finally it accuses him of having violated the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) by releasing illegal immigrants in the U.S., despite what Biggs says is a requirement to detain illegal immigrants.
