Do as they say and not as they do!
That’s the motto for hypocritical Democrats.
They’ll push authoritative, over-reaching policies for you.
However, don’t expect them to abide by their own rules.
The climate change scam is a prime example of Democrats not abiding by their proposals.
As WeLoveTrump noted, the World Economic Forum appeared to be behind the push to ban gas stoves.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) introduced a proposal to ban gas stoves by the end of the decade.
Serious question: can someone explain how this would work? It's not just stoves. New York wants to "ban gas stoves, hot water heaters and oil furnaces in new home and commercial construction" by 2030.

From the New York Post:
Gov. Kathy Hochul quietly snuck a proposal to outlaw new gas stoves into the “New York Housing Compact” she unveiled during her State of the State speech Tuesday — urging people to ditch their kitchens’ gas grills and go electric.
The ban would affect old-timers and millennials who are obsessed with cast-iron pans, which are tricky to use on electric stoves.
“This is plain stupid,” said a 70-year-old resident of Sea Gate, Brooklyn, who gave his name as Victor K. “We lost electricity before, during Hurricane Sandy. The only thing we had to heat up our food was gas. What if that happens again?”
Hochul’s plan would ban gas stoves, hot water heaters and oil furnaces in both new home and commercial construction by the end of the decade.
Low and behold, Hochul was caught using a gas stove.

In Kathy Hochul’s New York, it’s rules for thee, but not for me.
While she is pushing Far Left gas stove bans for New Yorkers while continuing to use them herself.
This is Hypocrisy Hochul at her finest.https://t.co/eDfmFjmXSC

The New York Post had the scoop:
Gov. Hochul wants to start banning gas stoves in new homes by 2025 – but critics say she’s full of hot air.
The pushback is targeting Hochul’s personal use of fossil fuels on gas ranges at the Executive Mansion in Albany and at her private pad in Buffalo.
“The governor’s push to ban gas stoves appears to be as hypocritical as it is ridiculous,” Assembly Minority Leader William Barclay (R-Fulton) fumed.
“One has to wonder how many times she’s fired up her own gas stove since declaring them environmentally unsafe in her State of the State Address,” he added.
Even vaccine authoritarian NYC Democrat Mayor Eric Adams took a shot at Hochul for her proposal to ban gas stoves.
Adams said electric stoves “just doesn’t cook for me.”
“Those of us that are good cooks, you know, people don’t realize electric stoves can’t give you the right setting when you are cooking something,” Adams said about the plan Monday.

Further details from the New York Post:
The proposal would have to be signed into law either as part of her state budget due April 1 or as a piece of legislation first passed by the legislature then signed by Hochul.
It’s part of the state’s bid to cut down New York’s greenhouse gas emissions, as mandated by a law signed in 2019 by Hochul’s predecessor, now-disgraced Andrew Cuomo.
It’s also enraged restaurant owners and chefs, who argue going electric will slow down kitchen production, since some dishes benefit greatly from preparation via gas flame.
Remember to do as Hochul says and not as she does.
That’s the Democrat motto!
