Usually, it’s the other way around….

A pig killed a butcher at a Hong Kong slaughterhouse this week.

Police reported that the pig was shocked by the butcher with an electric stun gun but it then unexpectantly awoke and pounced on the butcher.

As the pig attacked the butcher his 15-inch meat cleaver fell on his foot causing massive bleeding which led to him bleeding to death.

The New York Post had more details on the bizarre story:

A pig appears to have got the ultimate revenge at a Hong Kong slaughterhouse — knocking over and killing a butcher with the cleaver about to be used on him.

Police told CNN that the pig had been shot with an electric stun gun at the Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse on Friday when it suddenly woke and pounced on a 61-year-old worker.

The swine knocked over his would-be slaughterer — who seemingly dropped his 15-inch meat cleaver onto his own foot.

Another worker found the butcher — named by local media as Cai — with the cleaver in his hand and his left foot bleeding profusely from the wound, police said.

He was rushed by ambulance to a local hospital, but was pronounced dead, the local reports said.

The Daily Mail also reported the story:

A stunned pig killed a butcher on the way to slaughter in Hong Kong.

Police said that the 61-year-old butcher had shot the animal with a stun gun in order to slaughter it when it regained consciousness and knocked him over.

A colleague at the Sheung Shui Slaughterhouse in northern Hong Kong found the butcher with a meat cleaver still in his hand and an injured left foot.
