BREAKING: “Significant Discrepancy” in Recount to Favor Abe Hamadeh in Arizona Attorney General Race

According to Garrett Archer, ABC 15 Arizona’s ‘Data Guru,’ there will be a “significant discrepancy” in favor of Abe Hamadeh in the recount for Arizona Attorney General.

I am hearing there will be a significant discrepancy in favor of @AbrahamHamadeh in the recount results under seal until tomorrow morning. I’m told that the discrepancy will bring the race much closer,” Archer tweeted.

“Discrepancy is not from Maricopa or Pima.”

Hamadeh trailed by only 511 votes against Mayes out of more than 2.5 million ballots cast in the race.

Hamadeh contested the results in a lawsuit filed in the Mohave County Superior Court against Kris Mayes, Katie Hobbs, and all Arizona County election officials.

However, Mohave County Superior Court Judge Lee F. Jantzen tossed out Hamadeh’s election challenge against Democrat Kris Mayes.

The judge’s decision was based on testimony from Hamadeh’s lawyer, Tim LaSota, acknowledging that based on the ballot inspection (a small sample of ballots), his client would not be able to get over 511 votes needed to overcome Mayes.

"An internal source has shared that a rural AZ county has found a significant miscount netting @AbrahamHamadeh with hundreds of new votes," Charlie Kirk tweeted.

"Sources suspect @katiehobbs is not quickly releasing this revelation to provide as little time as possible for public reaction."

It remains to be seen if this development will overturn the election in Hamadeh's favor.

Hamadeh tweeted earlier on Wednesday:

"A recount does not go through every ballot determining voter intent, it simply runs the ballots through a tabulation machines over again. There are still 4000+ uncounted votes. I will assess our legal options once we receive the results of the recount tomorrow."

This is a developing story.
