Delaware Supreme Court Issues Major Ruling For Election Integrity

The Supreme Court of Delaware has formally dismantled universal mail-in voting and same-day voter registration within the state.

Initially brought forward by the Public Interest Legal Foundation, the lawsuit claimed that such laws and provisions were against the state’s constitution.

Despite this, mass mail-in voting and same-day registration schemes were allowed to take place in Delaware during the 2020 election and beyond…

Democrats in the state fought to permanently codify such schemes into the law—a development that would have ensured that fair and free elections never again occur in the state of Delaware.

As cited by numerous critics and pundits, the United States Postal Service is completely ill-equipped to handle elections.

Supporters of the decision are hailing it as a monumental victory for election integrity in the state:

WMDT, a local ABC affiliate, reports:

The Delaware Supreme Court has issued an opinion that universal mail-in voting and same-day registration violate the constitution.

This past summer, the Delaware General Assembly passed a law allowing universal mail-in voting and same-day voter registration.

More details were provided via The Epoch Times:

The court unanimously ruled against the laws in October—preventing no-excuse-required mail-in voting and same-day voter registration from being used in the Nov. 8 general elections—but didn’t make public a full opinion explaining its reasons until Dec. 16.

Before that, on Sept. 14, the Delaware Court of Chancery found that the state’s mail-in voting practices violate the Delaware Constitution, The Epoch Times reported.
