It’s 2022 and we are still talking about Maricopa County—they just can’t seem to stay off the news.
A lawsuit that has since been dismissed claimed that hundreds of thousands of voters were seamlessly injected into Arizona’s voter system right before the election took place…
How many election lawsuits has Maricopa County been at the center of now?
They’re constantly accused of Malfeasance, with Kari Lake’s lawsuits being the most high-profile set of litigation against Arizona’s most populous county.

I can’t stress how troubling it is that we are always hearing about the same county when it comes to fraudulent elections and suspect election procedures.
Last year, a far more concerning, yet similar report regarding Maricopa County surfaced:
Already the Arizona Audit has found 275,000 potential fraudulent ballots — in just ONE county!
And we already know Maricopa County certified FALSE results with 3,981 people voting AFTER the registration deadline pic.twitter.com/sxnmgxSHZl

Western Journal had more on Barnett’s lawsuit:
In his lawsuit, Barnett contends that “the General Election in Maricopa County was rendered incurably uncertain due to official misconduct, and it must be annulled.”
Barnett’s lawsuit said there was an “abnormal increase” in Maricopa County’s inactive voters before the election, saying the total went from 278,570 in the April primary to 503,741 in October, the registration cut-off point for the general election.
Barnett said the complex rules for inactive voters to cast a ballot are different from active voters, but that the 2022 training manual for Maricopa County says nothing about what workers should do to help an inactive voter cast a ballot that will count.
HUGE: A Superior Court Judge just ordered Maricopa County to give Kari Lake’s legal team access to inspect:
– 50 randomly selected “ballot-on-demand” printed on ED
– 50 early ballots cast on ED
– 50 ballots that were marked spoiled cast on ED.Inspection happens Tuesday.

The Arizona Sun Times adds that the lawsuit isn’t dead in the water just yet:
A judge dismissed Barnett’s lawsuit as premature, stating that the law allows election challenges to be filed after the state certifies the election.
These primary challenges to the election are now being filed since the certification took place on December 5.
