Arizona Ballot Harvesters INDICTED

Arizona is once again at the center of election integrity controversies.

Attorney General Mark Brnovich has brought charges against 2 individuals in connection with the Yuma County ballot harvesting case.

Gloria Lopez Torres and Nadia Guadalupe Lizarraga-Mayorquin have both been indicted on charges of ballot abuse and conspiracy in the illegal handling of ballots.

The two are alleged to have unlawfully gathered ballots from other individuals and deposited them in a ballot drop-box, and while the actual number of unlawfully collected ballots was low, one must wonder…

How many people engaged in this type of behavior during the 2020 election? An ocean or a lake is comprised of many, many small droplets of water.

Previously we reported that Yuma county law enforcement had 16 open investigations of potential voter fraud.

Here are the current facts:

Just The News cited the specifics:

Torres allegedly collected seven ballots from Lizarraga-Mayorquin while she in turn allegedly collected at least one from another person. The state only permits family members, household members or caregivers “to collect voted or unvoted early ballots from another person,” the press release noted.

Conservative Brief mentions this related case:

Last week a former Democratic mayor in Arizona was sentenced after being convicted on ballot harvesting charges connected to the 2020 election.

According to reports, Guillermina Fuentes, 66, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and two years probation on Thursday after a judge rejected her plea for leniency and just probation, saying he did not believe she has fully accepted responsibility for her actions.
