The IRS Official Tasked With Hiring 87,000 Agents Is Steeped In Obama-Era Scandal

Just one more reminder that the IRS should be abolished.

Remember Lois Lerner? She was the IRS chief during the Obama era and presided over the agency during the unfair and illegal targeting of conservative and Christian groups.

Her chief of staff at that time was a woman named Nikole Flax…

In 2014, Nikole Flax was in possession of a hard drive that contained intimate and seemingly damning evidence against the IRS…

Unfortunately, every single email and potentially incriminating information on that hard drive was deleted forever, in the midst of an investigation into the agency, when that hard drive mysteriously ‘crashed’.

According to recent reports, this same Nikole Flax will be the person overseeing the hiring of 87,000 new IRS agents…

IRS agents that are being prepped to carry firearms to further assault the American people…

It has to be said that those who willingly choose to join the IRS at this point, in any capacity, and carry out this immoral and unconstitutional work are no better than the Germans we tried at the end of the 2nd world war.

In 1945 we established that ‘I was just following orders’ or ‘I am just doing my job’ wasn’t an excuse…

It wasn’t an excuse then and it shouldn’t be an excuse in 2022.  Those who willingly choose to carry out state tyranny must be held accountable to the highest degree, no matter the time, no matter the place.

The Daily Signal offered this statement from Flax:

“We have a unique, once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform the IRS in a way to help taxpayers and fundamentally improve our tax administration work that is vital to the success of our country,” Flax is quoted as saying in Retting’s Friday memo.

“This is an exciting opportunity, and we will be moving quickly with our work.”
