Rudy Giuliani is fighting several battles at once…
The 78-year-old, former mayor of New York City, is battling heart problems, while simultaneously fighting the battle for election integrity.
A New York judge recently ordered Giuliani to testify in court as part of a probe into alleged attempts to influence the 2020 election by President Trump and his campaign.
Investigators allege that there was a concerted effort by the Trump campaign to illegally influence the results of the 2020 election across several states.
Giuliani was previously subpoenaed but failed to appear in court on July 13th, 2022, leading to the issuance of a 2nd subpoena.
It remains to be seen if Giuliani will be well enough to appear in court…

NBC News claims:
Giuliani was subpoenaed earlier this month as a “material witness” by the grand jury called by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to investigate any “coordinated attempts to unlawfully alter the outcome of the 2020 elections.”
The subpoena said Giuliani made statements at legislative hearings in Georgia falsely claiming that there had been “widespread voter fraud” in the state.

Conservative Brief adds:
In addition to Giuliani, the grand jury has also issued subpoenas to other members of Trump’s legal team.
It’s not clear who has been called to testify, when, or if those individuals also plan to challenge their subpoenas.
