Is Delta Dental so bad that this fella’ resorted to wearing this outfit to celebrate his freedom from the insurance company on July 4th?

According to Better Business Bureau, Delta Dental Insurance Company has an atrocious 1.07/5 rating.

“worst ever. always try not to cover and play games, very inexperienced staff. coverage is the worst in industry! The fact that they don’t even reply to people comments gives you an idea about how their customer service attitude is,” one reviewer wrote.

“I work for a *************** and occasionally have to call an insurance company to confirm and make adjustments to claims, etc. This company is the ABSOLUTE worst to deal with. I have now sat on hold for over 5 hours for a very simple request that I’ve already submitted online on their website,” another reviewer commented.
