Lois Lerner’s Testimony Set To Be Publicly Released

When I look at an IRS bureaucrat—any of them—I know our forefathers had the right treatment for the tax collector.

Taxation is theft and those who aspire to do the bidding of a tyrannical state which taxes income, goods, investment gains, property, and even death—at gunpoint, are guilty of perpetrating these crimes.

There is no such thing as ‘I was just doing my job, I was just following orders’—we laid those excuses to rest in 1945.

Lois Lerner stands at the center of Obama’s IRS scandal, which reportedly targeted Christian, conservative, and Tea-Party groups between 2012-2016. In reality, there is no indication that the abuse began or ended during those years…

That’s just when these groups somehow figured it out and caught on to the con.

Lerner’s testimony on the Obama-era IRS scandal is set to be released soon and I hope it sparks the national conversation we need and deserve as Americans…

Judicial Watch states:

The ruling in the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio Western Division unsealing the case records comes in the lawsuit (NorCal Tea Party Patriots, et al. v. The Internal Revenue Service, et al. (No. 1:13-cv-00341)).

Lerner’s and Paz’s depositions were sealed by Judge Barrett in April 2017, after Lerner’s and Paz’s lawyers claimed the two officials were receiving threats.

The court finally ordered the unsealing of the depositions four years after plaintiffs requested the depositions be unsealed and only after plaintiffs filed for a writ of mandamus to force action in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
