California Man Sentenced For Role In Pedophile Ring

John Richard Brinson Jr., a 28 year old California man, was sentenced to life in prison Friday.

Brinson was engaged in the creation, distribution, and possession of child pornography involving at least 20 separate victims.

Judge André Birotte Jr described Brinson’s actions as “evil”, and went on to state “I don’t know how else to say it,”…

Brinson’s accomplices in the case have also received various sentences ranging from 12 years to life in prison for their roles in the operation.

According to Fox News:

U.S. Attorney Tracy L. Wilkison said children in the videos were “screaming in pain… for the pleasure” of Brinson and the other members.

“The child exploitation enterprise impacted more than 20 victims — children who were sexually assaulted, sometimes repeatedly, solely for the pleasure of this defendant and his cohorts.”

Brinson’s roommate, Keith Lawniczak, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of a child.

He let Brinson live in the house for free and admitted that he benefited by being able to watch the sexual abuse, according to court documents.
