WATCH: Tucker Embarrasses Maria Salazar Over Her Hypocritical Position on Borders

Tucker Carlson just obliterated Maria Salazar for her hypocritical position on borders.

The Florida congresswoman recently introduced an immigration reform bill that would allow millions of illegal immigrants to stay in the United States.

At the same time, Salazar wants to send the US military to Ukraine to help secure its borders.

Tucker called out this hypocritical stance while interviewing Salazar on “Tucker Carlson Tonight.”

He also gave her three separate opportunities to explain her position.

Salazar refused those opportunities.

Here is the entirety of the interview:

MSN has more on the interview:

Tucker Carlson pointed out Rep. Maria Salazar, R-Fla.’s potential double standard on country’s borders Wednesday on “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” referencing both the U.S. southern border and the Ukrainian border.

The Florida congresswoman’s immigration reform law would allow tens of millions of illegal immigrants to stay in the United States, Carlson said.

He noted the contrast between her “desire to send MiGs to Ukraine to preserve its borders, but not here.”

Twitter reaction to the exchange was priceless:

Salazar was quick to suggest using the U.S. military to secure Ukraine’s border.

Tucker gave Salazar multiple opportunities to answer if she would support using the military to secure the U.S. border as well.

She simply wouldn’t answer.

Here are more highlights from the interview:

Tucker’s response at the end of the interview was perfect:

Salazar claimed Tucker was “misrepresenting” her bill.

His response:

“Read it yourself.”

Gee, I wonder why Salazar wouldn’t answer the questions…
