I’ve hit the topic of surety bonds hard over the past two weeks because it may be the path forward to defeating tyrannical, communistic school boards.
These child abusers need to get kicked off their high horse, and parents should be proactive to seize power over their kids' education.
Last week, I shared one surety bond success story from Ohio that occurred in 2021.
Surety Bond Success Story: Ohio Father Forces School Board to End Mask Mandate on Children
Reports from Iredell-Statesville School District in North Carolina suggest another brewing battle where parents have resorted to surety bonds.
Footage surfaced of a reported standoff between parents and school board officials over mask mandates, quarantine exclusion rules, and COVID-19 inoculation clinics.
The woman in the video below also cites potential debit cards to bribe students to take inoculations without parental consent and pornographic material in the school system's curriculum.
Another standoff in Iredell County North Carolina. They never wanted you to know that they are bonded and you can serve them with papers, tying up the bond. Drying up their funding. All these mandates are illegal, check out how to serve papers to your school board! pic.twitter.com/2lJCzdXWqA

David J. Harris Jr. shared additional footage via Instagram with a caption reading:
Iredell County Schools were put on notice tonight that the parents want school board members to have their bonds revoked! Which means an automatic investigation! Which means that every board member is now personally liable if found that masking children causes harm!!!
An autistic mother first did this and she won! Nobody even knew they could! Every parent has the right to do this and should but most don't know their rights or that this law exists.
As soon as this brave mother mentioned putting them on notice that she was calling their bond, they all jumped up started shuffling papers and ran out of the room. It was priceless...

Mooresville Tribune reported:
The Iredell-Statesville Schools Board of Education briefly discussed COVID and the current mask mandate at Monday’s Committee of the Whole meeting but made no indications as to what decision it will reach at next week’s regular board meeting.
Chief of Strategic Planning and Student Services Boen Nutting gave the board its biweekly update Monday night in which she told the board that the Iredell County Health Department advises that Iredell County should continue to mask through February. The recommendation to continue to mask is because the county is still considered “high transmission.”
cont.
The board is required by the state legislature to vote monthly on the mask mandate. The board will vote on whether to continue the mandate at Monday’s meeting.
After the heated exchange with the school board and serving them papers, the pressure is on the district to meet the demands of parents.
We'll return to this story once further updates are available.
