Watch President Trump Hang Up on a Leftist NPR Reporter on Live TV

Can’t stump the Trump!

For over 6 years, NPR has begged President Trump for an interview.

But it’s no secret that NPR is widely considered to be leftist propaganda.

So we can’t blame President Trump for refusing to take their phone calls.

But just this week, President Trump finally granted their request.

He agreed to do a 15 minute interview with NPR.

After 7 minutes, however, it appeared as if the NPR reporter was out to get him.

So President Trump hung up the phone like a BOSS!

You can watch the full interview here:

So why did Trump hang up?

Because the NPR host appeared to insult Trump’s push for truth in the 2020 election.

Rather than pushing for transparency, the NPR “reporter” appeared to get combative.

According to the Washington Post:

Former president Donald Trump abruptly ended an interview with NPR on Tuesday after he was pressed on his baseless claims of election fraud and repeated contention that the 2020 election was “rigged” against him.

Trump hung up on “Morning Edition” host Steve Inskeep nine minutes into what NPR said was scheduled to be a 15-minute interview that was broadcast Wednesday.

After several lines of questioning related to Trump’s widely debunked election claims, Inskeep asked Trump whether he would endorse only Republican candidates this year who are pressing his case that the 2020 contest against Joe Biden was stolen from him.

“Is that an absolute?” Inskeep asked.

Trump responded that the candidates “that are smart” are going to press his case, citing Kari Lake, a Republican gubernatorial candidate in Arizona. Lake, a former news anchor, has parroted Trump’s baseless claims about election fraud.

“She’s very big on this issue,” Trump said. “She’s leading by a lot. People have no idea how big this issue is, and they don’t want it to happen again. . . . And the only way it’s not going to happen again is you have to solve the problem of the presidential rigged election of 2020.”

As Inskeep sought to interject, Trump said: “So, Steve, thank you very much. I appreciate it.” He then hung up, prompting Inskeep to protest.

Here’s the problem:

Instead of looking into the facts, the media is simply repeating the same talking points over and over.

But their talking points have been proven wrong time and time again.

One of the best examples was the Maricopa audit, which proved that there were thousands of irregularities.

But what did the media do?

The media pretended that the audit “confirmed” that Biden “won.”

It is a flat-out lie, especially if you actually watched the findings of the Maricopa audit.

The media is already mocking Trump’s interview with NPR.

But here’s the thing:

At least President Trump is accessible to the press!

When was the last time Joe Biden faced difficult questions?

When was the last time Joe Biden gave a REAL interview or an unscripted press conference?!

Even the Associated Press can’t help but report:

In what’s become a familiar scene, President Joe Biden lingered after delivering a recent speech on the pandemic as reporters fired a barrage of questions.

He bristled at a query about the shortage of COVID-19 rapid tests, answered another about omicron-spurred travel restrictions and sidestepped a third about whether Sen. Joe Manchin failed to keep his word when he torpedoed Biden’s social services and climate spending plan.

“I’m not supposed to be having this press conference right now,” Biden said at the end of a meandering response that didn’t directly answer the question about Manchin.

Seconds later, Biden turned and walked out of the State Dining Room, abruptly ending what’s become his preferred method for his limited engagements with the press.

As Biden wraps up his first year in the White House, he has held fewer news conferences than any of his five immediate predecessors at the same point in their presidencies, and has participated in fewer media interviews than any of his recent predecessors.

The dynamic has the White House facing questions about whether Biden, who vowed to have the most transparent administration in the nation’s history, is falling short in pulling back the curtain on how his administration operates and missing opportunities to explain his agenda.

What are your thoughts?

Was Trump “running away” from the NPR reporter?

Or was he saving his time by avoiding a “journalist” who is only interested in scoring cheap political points?
