VAERS Reported Adverse Vaccine Events Tops One Million in the United States

New data from VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) reveals a new milestone number for adverse COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

Over ONE MILLION adverse reactions have been reported, which has also led to over 21,000 deaths last year.

The data also reveals over 113,000 hospitalizations, nearly 11,000 heart attacks, and almost 38,000 people have been left permanently disabled.

Don’t believe it?

Here is the data, which comes directly from VAERS.

The Counter Signal has more details:

On New Year’s Eve, 2021, the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System logged its most recent data, breaking 1 million vaccine adverse events in a single year from the COVID vaccine.

It should be noted that VAERS data is always one week behind, as it takes time to log each incident. Thus, while the new data was released to the public on December 31, the data is only as recent as December 24, 2021.

USA Today tried to spin the story by questioning the truthfulness of one of websites reporting the data.

Strangely, they also verified that the story was indeed true:

“1 million COVID-vaccine injuries now reported on CDC’s database,” reads a Jan. 3 headline from WorldNetDaily, a website that has previously published false claims about COVID-19.

The article accumulated about 1,500 interactions on Facebook within two days, according to CrowdTangle, a social media insights tool. Politicians like Rep. Michael Cloud, R-Texas, and Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., have also promoted the claim on social media.

WorldNetDaily’s article references genuine reports in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, a database maintained by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration. But that doesn’t mean serious COVID-19 vaccine side effects are widespread.

“One cannot assume that these reports are things caused by the vaccine,” Daniel Salmon, director of the Institute for Vaccine Safety at Johns Hopkins University, said in an email.

If you can’t see what’s right in front of you, there’s no hope.
