There is a double standard of justice in this country.

If conservative leaning groups engage in raucous behavior they are labeled as domestic terrorists and thrown in jail…when leftists do it they receive a slap on the wrist, or an award…

This phenomenon is likely due to the rise of Soros funded district attorneys all over the country…

According to the latest reports Eva Warner, a trans ANTIFA activist, has been given a light sentence in return for completing 30 hours of community service…

Warner was charged with assaulting officers during a riot which occurred in August of 2020.

Take a look:

Fox News provided some background context:

Eva Warner of Beaverton, Oregon, who police said was also known as Joshua Warner, was charged in September 2020 with felony civil disorder.

On the evening of August 8, 2020, authorities declared a riot at the Portland Police Association office on North Lombard Street in Portland after Antifa members broke windows and set fire to the office.

The rioters had also used vehicles and Dumpsters to illegally block traffic, according to the Justice Department.

Daily Mail provided these details:

Warner was accused of directing ‘a high-powered, green laser’ in the eyes of multiple police officers who attempted to break up the crowd. Officers found ‘a black, pen-style laser pointer’ in her possession.

Laser pointers are used in protests and riots to distract or temporarily flashblind people. They can cause eye injuries and have the potential to cause permanent damage.
