Vaccine Mandate BLOCKED In Texas

We are winning nationwide!

Half of the states have now successfully challenged Biden’s tyranny, and the other half will likely follow suit until only New York and California are left upholding the mandate.

Texas has become one of the most recent states to successfully block the mandate in court, and this most recent victory should give us all hope.

The side of justice is winning, and those who choose to engage in medical tyranny are losing in The United States….hopefully this will begin to happen worldwide soon.

Here are the most recent developments in the fight against medical tyranny:

The Epoch Times had more on the recent court ruling:

“Here, the CMS mandate far exceeds its statutory authority. It allows the HHS secretary to make a healthcare worker’s employment status dependent on COVID-19 vaccine compliance,” he added.

“Congress forbids such interference into employment decisions. Further, public health and safety regulation beyond facility standards is emphatically the province of the states through their police powers.”

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, a Republican, hailed the ruling.

Further details were provided via Fox News:

“A federal agency has no power to act absent Congressional power conferring it such authority,” the ruling from Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk, a Trump appointee, reads.

“The APA requires courts to ‘hold unlawful and set aside agency action’ found to be ‘in excess of statutory jurisdiction, authority, or limitations, or short of statutory right.’ 5 U.S.C. § 706(2)(A), (C). Therefore, ‘to permit an agency to expand its power in the face of a congressional limitation on its jurisdiction would be to grant the agency power to override Congress.’”

The ruling states that Biden’s HHS justified the vaccine mandate using sections of the Social Security act that don’t pertain to vaccines.
