Why?
Because he was muted at the start of a very tense call with Vladamir Putin.
Putin was visibly smirking at Biden.
I guarantee you this would have never happened with President Trump.
Realizing his error, Biden began waving at the camera.
But he was still muted.
The whole exchange was awkward and is being mocked around the world.

This call was important because people are afraid of hostile military action from Russia.
It has been reported that Russian troops may be preparing to invade Ukraine.
Joe was supposed to alleviate the tension.
But did he accidentally make things worse?

Russian news agencies released a video of the first few minutes of the call.
Putin took the call from his residence in Sochi, the Russian resort city on the Black Sea.
Putin was seated at a long wooden desk, with Biden on a large video screen in front of him, waving at each other as the call began.
“I welcome you, Mr. President!” Putin said at the start of the call, according to a brief video of the opening moments.
Biden experienced some technical difficulties on the call, apparently forgetting to switch his microphone on.
There was a silence on the other end, and then Biden is seen leaning forward, flipping a button and saying, “There you go,” with a smile.
“Hello! Ha, ha ha, ha, ha. Good to see you again,” Biden replied.
“Good afternoon,” a smirking Putin said.
If there was ever any question about Biden’s cognitive abilities, it is clear that our foreign enemies are taking note.
The fact that Putin was smirking tells us all that we need to know.
He knows that Biden is weak and frail.
American media outlets weren’t allowed to watch Biden’s phone call with Putin until the White House caught flack for it. Meanwhile, Russian news outlets were always welcomed in.

It appears that this major gaffe has been unreported by most of the mainstream media.
Despite the fact that our media is ignoring the story, Russian media appears to be covering it left and right.
The New York Post is one of the few U.S.-based outlets that confirms:

President Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday opened a two-hour summit with waves hello — and some Biden virtual-meeting technical difficulties — before discussing concerns that Russia may invade Ukraine.
The Biden team closed the meeting’s start to US reporters, but Russian state media published video of an amicable introduction and the Kremlin released an image that showed Biden waving with a smile on his face.
Biden seemed to start the dialogue with his microphone muted as his lips moved without audio.
“I welcome you, Mr. President,” Putin said through a translator.
“There you go,” Biden said moments later as he pressed a button to unmute himself.
“Hello! Ha, ha ha, ha, ha. Good to see you again,” Biden was finally able to reply.
“Good afternoon,” a smirking Putin said.
“I uh, unfortunately last time I — we didn’t get to see each other at the G20. I hope next time we meet, we do it in person,” Biden said.
Not only did Putin smirk.
But the whole world was watching.
Biden’s cognitive decline is not simply a political talking point.
It is dangerous to the security and strength of our nation!
