A Christmas parade today in Waukesha, Wisconsin was the scene of a horrifying incident, as a SUV veered onto the sidewalk, plowing into the crowd of onlookers.
At this time we know that several were killed, including children, with many others injured.
As more information unfolds, we are catching a glimpse of how sick this incident really was.
Just absolutely devastating. Our prayers are with all those involved this evening.
A woman who lives on Main Street says she saw the SUV barrel through a dance team of girls between 9 and 15 years old.
She says the immediate reaction was silence, followed by screaming, running, checking on those injured. @fox6now

Waukesha Police Chief Daniel Thompson confirmed in a press conference Sunday that a red SUV drove through parade barricades and struck at least 20 individuals, including children.
Thompson said an officer who has been on the force for just over six years opened fire on the vehicle. A person of interest is currently in custody but Thompson stressed that the investigation is “very active.”
Some of the fatalities are children, Thompson said, and the identities won’t be revealed until families are notified.
Waukesha Fire Chief Steven Howard said his department transported 11 adults and 12 children to six area hospitals.
So apparently they have this sicko in custody but are still maintaining an active investigation into the incident.

The White House has also issued a statement per Fox News:
“The White House is closely monitoring the situation in Waukesha and our hearts go out to everyone who has been impacted by this terrible incident,” the Biden White House said in a statement. “We have reached out to state and local officials to offer any support and assistance as needed.”
Right now there does not seem to be any credible evidence of the true motives of the driver.
However, as we are just days removed from the Rittenhouse verdict, and with the attack this evening taking place in Wisconsin as well, it is something definitely worth monitoring.
Did CNN’s dishonest coverage of the Rittenhouse trial accomplish its goal of inciting terrorism, or is Waukesha unrelated? We will soon find out.
