The Biden admin is crumbling and fast!

Biden’s NSA Director Jake Sullivan has been identified as the unnamed “foreign policy advisor” in the indictment of former Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann.

According to the indictment Sussmann “exchanged emails with the Clinton Campaign’s campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor [Jake Sullivan] concerning the Russian Bank-1 allegations”.

Just to recap just in case your not up to date; John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Russian Hoax discovered that Sussmann allegedly  lied to the FBI by saying he was not working for any client but Durham investigation reveals he was on Hillary’s Clinton’s payroll.

As of right now Sullivan is not facing any charges and the White House has no comment on the indictment.

Fox News broke the big story:

Jake Sullivan, President Biden’s White House national security adviser, is the “foreign policy advisor” referred to in the indictment of former Hillary Clinton presidential campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, according to two well-placed sources.

Sussmann was indicted for allegedly lying to the FBI on Sept. 16, and has pleaded not guilty to one count of making a false statement to a federal agent. This case came out of Durham’s probe into the origins of the Russia investigation.

Durham’s indictment alleges Sussmann told then-FBI General Counsel James Baker he was not doing work “for any client” when he requested and held a September 2016 meeting in which he provided evidence of a purported secret communications channel between then-candidate Donald Trump and Russia.

In fact, he later billed the Clinton campaign for the meeting, according to Durham’s indictment. The FBI also looked into the story about the alleged link between the Trump presidential campaign and the Russian bank, it turned out to be bogus.

The Durham indictment lays out a scenario where an unnamed Clinton campaign lawyer, “exchanged emails with the Clinton Campaign’s campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor [Jake Sullivan] concerning the Russian Bank-1 allegations that Sussmann had recently shared,” with an unnamed reporter.

Here’s what the White House had to say about the breaking news:

The New York Post had more on the story:

Biden’s national security adviser, Jake Sullivan, is referred to in one of the indictments obtained by special counsel John Durham in his investigation into the origins of the Russia probe of former President Donald Trump, Fox News reported Tuesday.

Sullivan is unnamed, but Fox cited two “well-placed sources” who identified him as the “foreign policy advisor” referenced in the charges against former Democratic National Committee lawyer Michael Sussmann.

Sussmann’s indictment details how an unnamed Clinton campaign lawyer “exchanged emails with the Clinton Campaign’s campaign manager, communications director, and foreign policy advisor concerning the Russian Bank-1 allegations that Sussmann had recently shared” with an unnamed reporter.

Sullivan is reportedly the “foreign policy advisor” mentioned in the charges against attorney Michael Sussmann.

There’s no indication that Sullivan is a target of Durham’s probe into the origins of the FBI investigation of suspected ties between Russia and Trump’s 2016 campaign, Fox News said.
