While Sweden is now famous for its lax approach to COVID-19, neighbors Denmark and Norway made headlines by dropping all restrictions several weeks ago.

I wasn’t excited upon reading that news from Denmark and Norway.
Trending: Prophet Kim Clement Said In 2007 Trump Would Have TWO Terms and Build Walls of Protection!
Why?
Because each Scandinavian nation has a high COVID-19 inoculation rate.
At the time of writing, these are the vaccination rates for the full population of each country:
Denmark – 76% fully vaccinated
Norway – 69% fully vaccinated
COVID-19 isn’t going away, and cases will spike at the onset of winter.
I wanted to see the reactions from Denmark and Norway during the inevitable spike.
Were they really done with restrictions?
After reading the latest reports, they’re failing that test.
Here’s the latest:

Our prime minister is holding a press conference about potentially reintroducing COVID restrictions in two hours, and I'm already dreading it.
Don't misunderstand me. I'm not dreading the restrictions. I support restrictions. It's insane that people don't have to wear a mask.

86% of Denmarkβs population is va*xed, which is over 6 million people. They are now experiencing a βsharp rise in the number of casesβ and are re-imposing restrictions.

Denmark is preparing to reintroduce Covid restrictions (mask mandates and #VaccinePassport requirements for entering restaurants, bars and gyms) after seeing a surge in cases. https://t.co/F6GXQ5Zj4m

From Fortune:
Less than two months later, restrictions are indeed returning to Denmark. Itβs not quite the two weeks that it took the Dutch government toΒ change its mindΒ earlier this year after making a βmiscalculationβ about the need for some lockdown measures, but itβs still a fairly speedy reconsideration. The exact measures are yet to be announced, but will likely include mask-wearing and restrictions on entering hospitality and leisure facilities.
Denmarkβs infection count has been rising for weeks now, as is the case across much of Europe. While the continentβs latest wave isΒ largely hitting the unvaccinated, Denmark has a fairly high vaccination rate of around three-quarters. Despite that fact, the country is seeing over 2,000 new infections daily, and it has a seven-day incidence rate of 253 infections per 100,000 peopleβthatβs more than twice the rate it was experiencing when it decided to ditch restrictions.
In a SundayΒ Facebook post, Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said her administration was following the situation with βincreasing seriousness and concern.β She urged citizens to get the jab, noting that infections are spreading from the unvaccinated to elderly and other at-risk people who have been vaccinated, but who still need protection.
I highlighted that last sentence since it’s an admission the experimental injections don’t work to stop transmission of the virus.
Moving on to Norway:

The Barents Observer had the scoop:
Troms and Finnmark region has one of the sharpest increases in number of new cases in Norway and isΒ now coloured red, in line with the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
The Covid-19 situation has especially worsened in TromsΓΈ with 412 new cases since Monday, of which 101 on Friday, the highest daily increase seen so far in the pandemic, according to theΒ municipalityβs overview. Also other towns in the north face similar outbreaks not under control. In Hammerfest, 59 new cases are counted this week, Narvik got 58 and Alta has 90.
Norway removed the last remaining national pandemic restrictions on September 25. On that day, 90,6 percent of people over 18 had got at least one jab of the vaccine, and 83,6 percent had two doses, theΒ Barents ObserverΒ reported. Over the last two months, teenagers aged 13Β to 18 are also offered one dose of the vaccine.
cont.
At a press conference on Friday, the municipality of TromsΓΈ announced new stricter obligatory measures from Tuesday, November 9.
- face masks at indoor public areas, shops and malls
- home offices for those who can
- max. 100 persons at arrangements
Additionally, a long list of recommendations on how to limit the spread of the virus was announced.
Following the new lockdown-like measures, conferences,Β seminars, and sports tournaments are being canceled. Late November and early December are Christmas party times, a season that now is in jeopardy for restaurants, pubs, and nightclubs in TromsΓΈ.
Health officials with the municipality urge all unvaccinated to get the jab. Also, aΒ third booster dose is now made ready for all inhabitants at age 65+.
For Danes and Norwegians, it doesn’t appear freedom lasted very long.
Their governments gave the citizens a treat for obedient compliance.
But now it’s time to remove those privileges since the inevitable winter spike is here.
When will people ever learn that complying doesn’t return your freedoms from these tyrannical governments?
It only ends when enough people say “NO” to restrictions on their lives.
