It’s no secret that Biden is not in control of the White House.
Now I don’t want to say the names of the people who are pulling the strings but let’s just say the ‘swamp’ runs deep.
The good news is since Biden is such a senile old man the GOP can fight back!
Biden’s Soviet-era vaccine mandate for companies has been halted by Federal judges as reported by The Washington Post:
A federal appeals court suspended the Biden administration’s new vaccine requirement for private companies, delivering a major blow for one of the White House’s signature attempts to increase the number of vaccinations to corral the pandemic.
The decision was issued by a panel of three judges appointed by Republican presidents in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The judges wrote that there was “cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the mandate,” staying the order while the court assesses it in more depth.
This major victory comes after a number of States filed lawsuits against Biden’s mandate.
The Washington Post article also highlighted loyal Republicans to speak out is Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry who called the mandate freeze a;
“major win for the liberty of job creators and their employees.”
“The Court’s action not only halts Biden from moving forward,” he said, calling the requirement unlawful, “but also commands the judicious review we sought.”
Check out the response:

But don’t get excited just yet because when you have a bunch of crooks and criminals in office you never know what’s going to happen next.
Matter of fact, remember when Biden said it would be un-American to mandate vaccines?
Yep, that got real old, real quick huh?
