BREAKING: New Aerial Footage of Kyle Rittenhouse Shooting Released

Since last August, the mainstream media pushed the false narrative that Kyle Rittenhouse aggressively started attacking BLM protestors.

President Trump, however, backed Kyle Rittenhouse’s claim of self-defense.

Just another reason the MSM feverishly pushed Rittenhouse as the instigator!

Newly released video footage from the night of the BLM Kenosha riots now proves that Kyle Rittenhouse was not the aggressor.

The aerial footage shows us what happened behind the parked cars where Kyle Rittenhouse met BLM protestor Joseph Rosenbaum.

It also shows footage preceding the shooting.

You can hear Rittenhouse ask if “anybody needs medical?”

Rittenhouse also clearly says, “Friendly! Friendly! Friendly!” to the BLM protestors ambushing him.

Kyle Rittenhouse alleges he traveled from Illinois to Wisconsin to help protect property after the third night of chaotic BLM rioting in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

The video footage shows what a chaotic night it was for Wisconsin residents.

This was the third night in a row of screams, gunshots, and sirens!

Video footage from an FBI plane shows that Rosenbaum pursued Rittenhouse through the parking lot.

In hiding behind parked cars, Rosenbaum can be seen ambushing Kyle Rittenhouse and lunging for the rifle in Kyle’s hands.

We have it for you to watch safely on Rumble below:

The footage proves Kyle Rittenhouse is not the aggressor or instigator from the MSM narrative.

Shockingly, the state of Wisconsin has had this footage from day 1.

Why was this not released?

Why did they let the media spin a false narrative?

CBS News, now forced to report the truth, acknowledges that the new footage shows Rittenhouse ambushed.

Here is more from CBS News:

Kyle Rittenhouse shouted “Friendly! Friendly! Friendly!” as he was being chased by a man he eventually shot to death during street protests against racial injustice, a police detective testified – in a confrontation the defense portrayed as “the classic ambush.”

Video took center stage Wednesday in the Illinois man’s trial in the shootings of three men – two fatally – after Rittenhouse traveled to Kenosha in August 2020 with a medical kit and a rifle in what he says was an effort to safeguard property from damaging riots.

Jurors peered at infrared video made by an FBI surveillance plane from almost 9,000 feet above the spot where Rittenhouse shot 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum. With colored circles superimposed on the video identifying the movements of the two men far below, Kenosha Police Detective Martin Howard agreed with defense attorney Mark Richards that Rittenhouse had repeatedly shouted “Friendly!” as he was being chased – and that Rosenbaum appeared to be gaining ground on Rittenhouse.

Richards also described how Rosenbaum had come out from behind a car to meet Rittenhouse before the shooting, saying to the detective: “Correct me if I’m wrong, but this looks like the classic ambush.”

After prosecutors objected, Richards said: “Mr. Rosenbaum is in hiding as my client arrives, correct?”

“It appears so, yes,” Howard responded.

Testimony was to continue Thursday.

Rittenhouse, now 18, could get life in prison if convicted in the politically polarizing case that has stirred furious debate over self-defense, vigilantism, the right to bear arms and the racial unrest that erupted around the U.S. after the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis and other cases like it.

After violent protests broke out over the shooting of a Black man, Jacob Blake, by a white Kenosha police officer. Rittenhouse said he went there to protect property after two nights in which rioters set fires and ransacked businesses.

Prosecutors have portrayed him as the instigator of the bloodshed, while his lawyer argued that he acted in self-defense after Rosenbaum tried to grab his gun and others in the crowd kicked him in the face and hit him in the head with a skateboard.

Rittenhouse claims self-defense, and the most recent evidence corroborates his claim.

Social media agrees that the new footage proves Rittenhouse acted in self-defense.

The truth always seems to be furthest from the MSM narrative.

If the BLM rioters were peaceful, why was Rittenhouse forced to defend himself?

Kyle Rittenhouse allegedly shot three men, killing two and injuring a third.

NBC Chicago now reports that legal experts see a strong self-defense claim in his case.

Here is more from NBC Chicago:

WHAT DOES THE DEFENSE CLAIM?

Self-defense, pure and simple. Rittenhouse’s attorneys say he came to Kenosha not to hurt anyone but to protect businesses from damage and looting. And they say the people he shot left him no choice.

They’re expected to highlight Rosenbaum’s pursuit of Rittenhouse, and Huber and Grosskreutz subsequently coming at him. The defense has said Rosenbaum and Huber tried to wrest Rittenhouse’s rifle away, leading Rittenhouse to fear he would be shot with his own weapon.

The defense also wants to introduce evidence that police handed water to Rittenhouse and other rifle-carrying citizens, and said, “We appreciate you guys, we really do.” They argue that the friendly greeting contributed to Rittenhouse thinking there was nothing wrong with his presence on the streets that night — and that it undermines any argument that he acted recklessly.

WHAT DO PROSECUTORS SAY?

Rittenhouse’s trip to Kenosha will be a key part of their case. They portray him as a wannabe cop who came looking for trouble and fame, and that by bringing a rifle to the late-night protest, he was the primary cause of the deadly encounters.

They also argue that Rittenhouse wasn’t there to protect businesses but to join other armed counterprotesters with whom he sympathized. Rittenhouse “was the aggressor, there with the intent to violently clash with those opposed to his beliefs,” prosecutors have said.

Prosecutors had hoped to bolster their case by introducing as evidence a brief video taken 15 days before the protest shootings that shows Rittenhouse watching some men exit a CVS pharmacy and commenting that he wished he had his rifle so he could shoot them because prosecutors say he baselessly thought they were shoplifters. Thomas Binger, the lead prosecutor, said it showed Rittenhouse’s mindset as “a teenage vigilante, involving himself in things that don’t concern him.” But Judge Bruce Schroeder questioned the relevance of the video to the charges. He ruled it wouldn’t be allowed, though he suggested he could reassess that ruling later.

Schroeder has also blocked prosecutors from connecting Rittenhouse to the far-right extremist group the Proud Boys. Rittenhouse was photographed in January in a Wisconsin bar with some Proud Boys members, but his attorneys say Rittenhouse had no affiliation or involvement with the group.

WHAT DOES WISCONSIN LAW SAY ABOUT SELF-DEFENSE?

It allows someone to use deadly force only if “necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm.” And it sets a two-part test for jurors.

First, they have to decide if Rittenhouse really believed he was in peril. Hindsight may show he was wrong. But did he sincerely believe it at the time?

Next, they must determine if Rittenhouse’s belief was objectively “reasonable.” To make that call, jurors will be instructed to consider whether any reasonable person in Rittenhouse’s shoes would have also felt they had no choice but to shoot.

WHAT OTHER LEGAL FACTORS COME INTO PLAY?

Wisconsin law doesn’t require someone whose life is in danger to flee before shooting. But jurors can consider whether someone tried to move away from danger as they assess the reasonableness of a self-defense claim. Self-defense can’t be invoked by someone if they were an aggressor.

The case should never have been brought to trial.

It appears Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense from day one.

No wonder the MSM and State of Wisconsin tried to re-create the narrative- it didn’t fit the BLM agenda.

The new aerial footage shows Rittenhouse, not as an aggressor but as someone ambushed.

A malicious prosecution has been brought upon Kyle Rittenhouse to make BLM appear like the good guys.

The gig is up!
