I love what that great philosopher Caturd said about this latest Biden clip: “I could drink a 12-pack and not slur this much.”

Pretty much all of us could!

Behold folks, the man who got 80 million votes for President (ahhhhhhhlegedly!) can’t even complete a sentence without badly jumbling the words:
