Freedom Over Faucism! Florida Holds Largest Concert Since Start Of Pandemic!

USA, USA, USA!!

These were the chants heard as Ron DeSantis took the stage at Florida’s Gulf Coast Jam music festival. The Gulf Coast Jam has been the largest event of its kind since the start of the pandemic.

DeSantis got a rockstar greeting and he 100% deserves it.

I have been saying it for a long time: every other Governor can learn a thing or five from DeSantis, and he is one of the few political figures I actually respect.

Let’s hope that the rumors are true and DeSantis takes the stage in 2024 as President Trump’s running mate!

Take a look at more from The Gulf Coast Jam:

Our friends over at The Red State Observer had this to say:

Democrats might want to take a look at this one.

Because this shows just how much trouble they are in with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. They’ve done all they could, inventing different ways to attack him, it seems, every week. But it only seems to be helping to build him up more and feeding his profile to the Republican base.

That showed, clearly when he was called out on stage last night at Panama City Beach, at the 2021 Gulf Coast Jam. The concert was supposed to be last Labor Day but was delayed because of the pandemic. It’s now the largest concert held in the country since the start of the pandemic, with an estimated 22,000 people.

WTSP, a local CBS affiliate had more on the concert:

The 3-day country music festival featured headliners Lynyrd Skynyrd, Luke Bryan, and Brad Paisley. It was originally scheduled for last Labor Day weekend but was postponed due to the pandemic.

More than 20,000 of those people reportedly did just that this past weekend at the 2021 Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City Beach.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis even made a special appearance. A picture posted to his Twitter shows the governor on stage surrounded by a seemingly endless sea of music fans.

DeSantis later touted the event in another tweet saying the event was made possible because Florida chose “FREEDOM OVER FAUCISM.”
