Israeli And Palestinian Protestors Clash In New York City

Under the Biden administration there is no peace in the Middle East.

Israel was recently bombarded with hundreds of rockets by Hamas and other Islamic Jihadist.

Most of the rockets were seen on video being intercepted by Israel’s Iron Dome which is the name of their rocket defense system.

Israel then went on the offensive and did strategic  airstrikes in Gaza which killed several militants who were behind the rocket attacks.

Well now that unrest in the Middle East has trickled into the United States and pro-Israeli and pro-Palestinian protestors clashed in the streets of NYC.

The New York Post covered the clash, see what they shared:

Throngs of chanting, flag-waving Palestinian and Israeli supporters angrily clashed outside the Israeli Consulate in Manhattan on Tuesday evening, several hours after Hamas launched a barrage of rockets at Tel Aviv.

Some of the protesters spilled out of barricaded pens and into the roadway around the building on Second Avenue between East 42nd and 43rd streets as NYPD cops appeared to struggle to keep control at times, according to video.

Red, black, white and green Palestinian flags were waved by supporters, while the other side gripped Israeli blue and white flags.

The confrontation came after Hamas launched its missile attack on the Israeli city, which has an anti-rocket defense system that intercepted at least some of the airborne weapons.

The Daily Mail added more details to the story:

Israeli and Palestinian supporters clashed in New York City on Tuesday evening amid escalating violence overseas between the two bitter enemies which has left at least 38 people dead in the Middle East.

Footage taken outside the Israeli consulate in Manhattan shows protesters fighting over barricades as police struggle to keep the two groups apart. Consulate workers were sent home earlier in the day due to safety fears.

Other video clips show fights breaking out in the streets of New York City as punches are thrown. One man was pictured covered in blood after he was hit with a chair during the bitter confrontations.

Elsewhere, demonstrations took place in Washington DC and Los Angeles as hostilities between Israel and Hamas escalated overnight. Additional protests are expected across the U.S. on Wednesday.

Activists waving flags, banners and placards in support of both Palestine and Israel took the streets Tuesday. Tensions flared when the two groups met during their counter demonstrations.

Officials said overnight that 35 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza and three in Israel in the most intensive aerial exchanges for years.
