US relations with Iran have never been good.
Why would they be?
Iran is a country that hates America and her ideals.
However, Joe Biden has consistently been soft on Iran, trying to appease the country’s demands.
Biden made clear his intentions to rejoin the misguided Iran Nuclear Deal since back when he announced his candidacy for president.
Biden recently negotiated to lift terror sanctions on Iran.
Biden also recently referred to the US Capitol riot back on January 6th as the “worst atack on our democracy since the Civil War.”
Why is all of this important?
Iran just released a disturbing propaganda video portraying the US Capitol being blown up.
Meanwhile, Biden is still pandering to Iran.
Where’s the outrage?
The New York Post has more on this disturbing propaganda video:
Iran has reportedly released a chilling propaganda video depicting a fake attack by its Republican Guard blowing up the US Capitol.
The footage showing the seat of American democracy engulfed in flames was leaked Sunday on state-controlled TV — before Ayatollah Ali Khamenei gave a speech praising the elite unit, according to the Washington Free Beacon.
“The Americans have been for years deeply saddened by the Islamic republic’s influence, and they were angry with General Soleimani for this reason and martyred him for this reason,” Khamenei said.
The top Republican Guard commander was killed in a US drone strike in Baghdad during the Trump administration on Jan. 3, 2020.
Sen. Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) responded to the fake footage, as well as another video of Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif giving a stark view of his country’s relations with Washington.
“Last week, Iran’s chief diplomat allegedly admitted the IRGC calls the shots in Tehran,” Toomey tweeted.
“Now, Iran releases a fake video of the [Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps] blowing up our Capitol. The Biden admin’s priority should be ensuring Iran cannot carry out such an attack, not capitulating by removing sanctions,” he added.
Disturbing Iranian Propaganda Video Shows US Capitol Being Blown up
While Iran is busy releasing video threats to the United States, Joe Biden is still trying to negotiate with Iranian leaders.
Many are beginning to question Biden's priorities.
More on this from the Washington Examiner:
This video was shown around the time diplomats from around the world began talks on April 30 about reinstating the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, which the Trump administration pulled the U.S. out of in 2018, calling it a "horrible, one-sided deal." The previous administration also restored sanctions on Tehran that were lifted as a result of the initial deal made under former President Barack Obama.
Pennsylvania Sen. Pat Toomey responded to the video Monday morning.
"Last week, Iran’s chief diplomat allegedly admitted the IRGC calls the shots in Tehran. Now, Iran releases a fake video of the IRGC blowing up our Capitol," he said. "The Biden admin’s priority should be ensuring Iran cannot carry out such an attack, not capitulating by removing sanctions."
