The F.B.I. has done it once again!

The complete betrayal of our trust. More people would trust The F.B.I. and the government as a whole if these kinds of things weren’t always going on.

Instead what we get from these guys are lies, false flag operations, political scheming, conspiracies, and a violation of our most sacred rights.

Anyone reading this really shouldn’t be surprised that The F.B.I. overstepped and has violated our constitutional rights in an effort to push through some agenda.

I am a huge believer in liquidating most three letter agencies. These folks live on our dime while destroying our lives, our liberties, and our nation.

Aside from the outright and very direct harm they do; they also do the indirect harm of destroying public faith in our democracy.

The more these people overstep and betray our trust; the more public trust dwindles and the country fractures.

If ever there was a time to stop the bureaucratic creep it’s now folks!

Take a look:

The Daily Mail had more on the story:

The FBI searched troves of communications sucked up by the National Security Agency for information on 'racially motivated violent extremists' without a warrant, ignoring previous warnings it was breaking the law.

The FBI's requests for access to masses of electronic communications harvested by the National Security Agency (NSA) is revealed in a newly declassified report from the United States' secret surveillance court.

It shows the FBI has continued to perform warrantless searches through the NSA's most sensitive databases for routine criminal investigations, despite being told by a federal judge in 2018 and 2019 that such a use was an unconstitutional breach of privacy.

The Daily Beast, a left leaning publication, had this to report:

And not only domestic terror. The FISA Court recounts government acknowledgment that at least 40 FBI searches through the NSA’s warrantlessly collected data involved “health care fraud, transnational organized crime, violent gangs” and “public corruption and bribery.”

On at least one occasion, around May 2020, an FBI analyst looked through the foreign NSA troves “to vet [a] potential source in [a] predicated criminal investigation relating to public corruption.” Seven FBI field offices were implicated in “these and a number of similar violations,” according to a November 18, 2020 FISA Court opinion declassified on Monday and signed by Boasberg.

In other words, the FBI continues to perform warrantless searches through the NSA’s most sensitive databases—the ones the NSA is not required to get warrants before filling with communications information—for routine criminal investigations that are supposed to require warrants.
