MEDIA BLACKOUT: Biden Attempting To Conceal Crisis

Reports are coming in from various sources which reveal that The Biden Administration is less than keen about letting the media cover the conditions at the border.

Do you miss Trump yet?

This is the question I am asking my liberal friends, and those who I know voted for Biden. I mean, I know they voted poorly, but I doubt they signed up for all this.

All the current administration had to do was continue the last system on autopilot, and absolutely nothing else! They didn’t even have to do anything!

They of course DID do something, and it has caused a massive mess, but that’s big government I suppose.

What ever happened to just letting things be? What ever happened to: “if it ain’t broken, dont fix it”?

What ever happened to media transparency, and honesty with The American People?

Why is The Biden Administration trying to block journalists access to the border? What are they hiding?

Here are the latest developments on the story:

Fox News reported this:

The left is starting to turn on President Biden over a lack of transparency regarding the crisis along the Mexican border, while other liberals are peeved he hasn’t conducted a formal press conference two months after taking office.

The Daily Beast quoted a "veteran White House correspondent" Sunday who anonymously trashed the Biden administration for not holding a formal press conference yet.

"It’s a problem," the unnamed correspondent said. "Who are we kidding here? More than two months without a press conference? Come on!"

The correspondent said the lack of availability is "stretching the bounds of access and transparency" and accused Biden of "ducking" responsibilities.

"From a strategic standpoint, it makes perfect sense because why would he want to get asked about his predecessor all the time? Or Hunter Biden? There are always going to be uncomfortable questions, no matter who’s in office," the unnamed correspondent continued. "But there’s a responsibility issue here that he has just been completely ducking. It’s too cute by half. It seems they’re doing this because they think it just throws them off message."

The Hill had more on the story:

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is criticizing President Biden over the federal government's refusal to let independent journalists view migrant detention facilities along the southwest border with Mexico.

“As part of our oversight duties as Senators, I and 14 of my colleagues will travel to the border this week to talk to the brave men and women on the ground who are working every today to stop this crisis and secure our border," Cruz said in a letter to the White House this week. “But it is not enough for members of the Senate to see what is happening—the American people must see. That is why I requested that members of the media be allowed to join us. But your administration clearly and emphatically refused to offer press access. This is outrageous and hypocritical.”

Cruz accused the Biden administration of "hiding the truth" from the America people.
