For all the talk from democrats about the accountability of the Trump administration for four years, the Biden administration has accepted absolutely no accountability for anything wrong with the country.
While they won’t accept any blame, Biden and his cronies have been quick to take credit for anything positive, even when they’ve had little to do with it.
For instance, Joe Biden is still taking credit for the coronavirus vaccine that President Trump helped roll out.
Meanwhile, Biden continuaously brushes off the current border crisis as Donald Trump’s fault.
His cronies are also doing the same.
Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer was a guest on the View.
Schumer was asked about the border crisis by host Meghan McCain, including the fact that kids are still being detained under Biden, much like they were under Obama.
Schumer responded by saying that “Joe Biden inherited a huge mess on immigration” from the Trump administration which he then insisted cannot be cleaned up quickly.
Schumer also tried his best to patronize McCain by mentioning that her father would have also trusted Joe Biden to handle the situation, before smiling smugly.
The Washington Examiner with more on the latest claim by democrats that nothing is their fault:
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer placed blame for the current situation at the southern border at the feet of former President Donald Trump, claiming that President Biden “inherited a huge mess.”
“Let me just say this, Joe Biden inherited a huge mess on immigration, and it’s not going to be cleaned up in a month,” Schumer said on ABC’s The View on Thursday when questioned by host Meghan McCain about his past criticism of Trump’s immigration policies.
“He’s only been in office since, you know, Jan. 20, about six weeks, I guess it is, but he’s different,” Schumer added. “His view of immigration is not like Donald Trump’s, who was nasty, negative, horrible to immigrants. His view is more like your father’s view and my view, which is compassionate but also, at the present time, competent.”
Check out Schumer's smug answer to McCain's question.
Schumer is far from the only democrat crony still passing blame to President Trump.
The House majority leader Nancy Pelosi has made a career of passing the blame to Trump.
She called the situation at the border a "humanitarian challenge," but still claims it was Donald Trump's fault.
Fox News with more from Nervous Nancy:
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi pointed fingers at former President Donald Trump, insinuating that he’s to blame for the crisis at the border during an appearance on ABC News’ "This Week" Sunday.
"This is a humanitarian challenge to all of us," she said. "What the administration has inherited is a broken system at the border and they are working to correct that."
Biden's latest correction, announced Saturday by Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, includes a government-wide effort to house migrant children with support from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as numbers continue to rise.
The speaker confirmed there are nearly 600 to 700 more migrant children currently approaching the southern border which triggered the president's directive to send FEMA to facilitate the transfer of kids from border care facilities and into safe homes.
"This, again, is a transition from what was wrong before to what is right," she explained.
Pelosi said the Biden administration is attempting to uphold the standards of the U.S. Refugee Resettlement Program by putting in place a system that accommodates and respects it while ridding the nation of what the administration considers Trump’s "cruel" approach.
Under Biden’s open-border policies and promises to provide asylum for those seeking it, the U.S. has witnessed a massive influx of migrants at the border, causing an overflow in detention facilities. According to Daily Mail, facilities are over capacity by almost 700%.
