You know what James Comey, Andrew McCabe, and Lisa Page all have in common.

They all spied on the Trump campaign in 2016 and now they’re all getting sued by Carter Page for 75 million.

Carter Page a former Trump campaign associate is suing Comey, McCabe, Page along with other members of the FBI and DOJ for their roles in illegally spying on him.

The lawsuit Carter Page has filed is quoted saying “there never was probable cause to seek or obtain the FISA Warrants targeting him on this basis,”.

The Russian Hoax is turned out to backfire on them.

The New York Post covered the big lawsuit:

Carter Page on Friday sued the Justice Department, the FBI and former FBI Director James Comey for $75 million, insisting he was unlawfully surveilled as part of the 2017 special counsel investigation into so-called Russian collusion.

The 59-page lawsuit, filed Friday in Washington, DC, the federal court additionally sues former FBI Assistant Director Andrew McCabe and FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.

Also named as plaintiffs are former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who this year pleaded guilty to falsifying an e-mail that was used by the FBI to obtain a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant to monitor Page.

The surveillance “violated federal statutes enacted to prevent unlawful spying on United States persons, as well as the Constitution,” the lawsuit says.

The FBI literally had a wiretap on Carter Page for one whole year.

When Trump says they were spying on our campaign here is just one of the many examples he’s referring to.

AP News covered the lawsuit too:

A former Trump campaign associate who was the target of a secret surveillance warrant during the FBI’s Russia investigation says in a federal lawsuit that he was the victim of “unlawful spying.”

The suit from Carter Page alleges a series of omissions and errors made by FBI and Justice Department officials in applications they submitted in 2016 and 2017 to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to eavesdrop on Page on suspicion that he was an agent of Russia.

“Since not a single proven fact ever established complicity with Russia involving Dr. Page, there never was probable cause to seek or obtain the FISA Warrants targeting him on this basis,” the lawsuit says, using the acronym for the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

Page has received death and kidnapping threats and has suffered economic losses and “irreparable damage to his reputation,” according to the lawsuit, which was filed Friday in federal court in Washington.

Trump weighed in too saying “I see Carter Page is bringing a lawsuit that’s good news”.
