A new shock video shows Portland rioters revealing a guillotine!
“Protesters” can be heard shouting “Bring back the guillotine!” in multiple videos that are now going viral.
It appears that “CHOP” continues to live on for these radicals.
And as if the threat of violence wasn’t enough, the Portland radicals began burning American flags and cheering.
