This is the problem with red flag laws, exemplified, folks.
Former Marine Shane Kohfield just had his guns taken away in Oregon under the state’s new red flag law, which lets law enforcement seize weapons from “potentially violent” individuals.
The wording here is important: not violent, potentially violent.
Apparently, criticizing Antifa and saying he would defend himself from the domestic terrorists was enough to get the FBI to take away Kohfield’s guns.
Allegedly, Kohfield had told a crowd,
“If Antifa gets to the point where they start killing us, I’m going to kill them next. I’d slaughter them, and I have a detailed plan on how I would wipe out Antifa.”
