A true patriot and great ally to President Trump.
A great defender of our national security and safety of all Americans.
And he just proved it again by taking action and deploying the National Guard to the Texas border.

Abbott had this to say:
The National Guard is activated and deployed to the border now. Department of Public Safety Troopers are deployed to the border too. We are adding boats, planes & detection equipment too. Texas has the strongest border security of any state. Now we need Congress to act.
