Sheriff Clarke Sides With Trump On John McCain: Liberal Backlash Forces Him To Apologize For His Stance

Sheriff David Clarke

The mainstream media went full throttle against President Donald Trump after he attacked John McCain last week. Many felt that his harsh comments about the late senator could be damaging to his upcoming presidential campaign. However, Trump is and was not concerned about that, and, Sheriff David A Clarke said he’s not worried either.

The Sheriff tweeted that McCain’s hands were dirty and that’s why the liberal media and the left like him so much.  He went on to say, ” McCain is a RAT B—-!”

Clarke later apologized for posting about McCain, stating that he “couldn’t get over John trashing Sarah Palin.”

The left is busy attacking both Trump and Clarke over the comments about McCain.  They tout that the late senator was a hero, whitewashing his voting history in the Senate and, almost single-handedly destroying the Obama repeal.

While the Democrats are working hard to protect John McCain’s “reputation,” they are doing very little to work with the President to get the Mexican border wall built and protecting the innocent babies being killed during a procedure they refer to as “after-birth abortion.”

This McCain tirade was warranted and it will not hurt Trump in the slightest.  The senator’s family has spent the past three years attacking the President any chance they get.

How many times can the public hear how “mean” Trump is? Or, how disrespectful he is to John McCain?   When is it time to let it go?  When is it time to admit that McCain wasn’t the Democratic hero the left is making him out to be right now?

Do you think Trump’s comments about the late John McCain will hurt his 2020 campaign?  Do you agree with what he said about him?
