A UC-San Diego student is suing the University for not stopping her from protesting President Donald Trump.
Her attempt at protest (by stopping traffic on the highway) almost led to her doom.
Flores spent the day after the November 2016 election marching with other students chanting anti-Trump slogans.
Finally, the students locked arms on the freeway to block traffic, since there were obviously a lot of Trump-voting motorists who needed wreck and die. In urban California. Where Clinton beat Trump by a billion percent.

Here’s what happened next, according to Daily Wire:
Flores was one of the students who locked arms on the freeway, but a car swerved around the blockade and hit her, breaking her leg and pelvis.
Now Flores is saying her injuries are the school’s fault because the school knew about the protest and supported it, and failed to tell Flores and her fellow students to rethink their idea of blocking traffic on one of the San Diego area’s busiest thoroughfares, as though the idea wasn’t clearly terrible from the beginning.
“The complaint additionally claims that UCSD is liable for Flores’ injuries because it allowed the protesters to enter the freeway and failed to warn Flores that there was no one providing security for the demonstrators along the freeway even though campus police officers were present during the protests on campus and shut down the surrounding streets,” the College Fix reports.
She’s also suing the state of California for failing to act quickly to shut down traffic.
Next week, Flores will sue every person who voted for Trump, and put her in this lousy situation in the first place.
