The ultra-liberal LA District Attorney George Gascón has suspended prosecutor Shea Sanna for “misgendering” and “deadnaming” the creep who molested a ten-year-old but now identifies as a female.

In case you’re not up-to-speed with the Left’s ridiculous lingo, deadnaming is calling a transgendered person by their old name – you know, the one their parents gave them that actually matches the sex organs they were born with.

James Tubb, who attacked a ten-year-old girl in a Denny’s bathroom, wants to be called “Hannah” now.

Here’s a pic of “Hannah”…. Isn’t “she” something?

And, of course, since Tubbs now identifies as Hannah, well that would mean he’d be housed with young girls in the juvenile center.

Fox News first reported on Tubb’s sentencing last year.

Prosecutors say Tubbs walked into the bathroom of a Denny’s in 2014 and grabbed the 10-year-old by the throat, locked her in a stall, and put her hand down the girl’s pants. Tubbs stopped when another person walked into the restroom, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Because Tubbs began identifying as female after she was taken into custody, and Gascon refused to try her as an adult, Tubbs was sentenced to two years in a juvenile facility. In L.A. County, juvenile facilities can house both females and males, but in separate areas. Tubbs will be housed with the females.

And this isn’t even the end of Tubb’s twisted tale.

There’s just so much wrong with this story!

In addition to the obvious, Tubbs wasn’t even arrested for the Denny’s attack until nearly a decade after it took place!

And according to Liberal logic, they can’t punish Tubbs as an adult because the crime took place when he was 17.

In the glorious land of California, it makes perfect sense to put a 26-year-old man in juvie.

Surely there’s no ulterior motive for his identity change.

Couldn’t possibly be a way to get close to potential victims.

Fox News spoke with Tubb’s initial victim.

Tubbs’ victim, who was 10 at the time of the attack, told Fox News Digital that Gascon’s handling of the case has been “insulting” and “unfair” to her.

“I’ve also heard that my attacker goes by she/them pronouns now,” she added. “I see it also unfair to try him as a woman as well, seeing how he clearly didn’t act like one on January 1st of 2014.”

But, wait – there’s more….

As a result, Tubbs could get off with just six months’ time and avoid having to register as a sex offender.

Fox News shared a transcript from Tubb’s jailhouse phone calls during which he shared his new identity plans.

“I’m gonna plead out to it, plead guilty,” Tubbs says in one recording. “They’re gonna stick me on probation, and it’s gonna be dropped, it’s gonna be done, I won’t have to register, won’t have to do nothing.”

“So now they’re going to put me with other trannies that have seen their cases like mine or with one tranny like me that has a case like mine,” Tubbs says. “So when you come to court, make sure you address me as her.”

It’s sickening!

He’s likely to be released back to the public with barely so much as a slap on the wrist.

See, this is just one of the problems with the transgender nonsense.

We called it out as the slippery slope it is, but they refused to listen to logic.

It’s like acid to their ears.

And of course, prosecutor Shea Sanna has been suspended for referring to Tubb as a male.

Because that’s the real threat to LA, right?

Meanwhile, Los Angeles DA Gascon is more worried about suspending a prosecutor for misgendering a trans child molester.
