NBA star Lebron James recently shared a video that was posted by Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk.

After LeBron or his handlers discovered the video was originally posted by Kirk the NBA player immediately deleted the video.

The video Kirk posted was of actor Morgan Freeman calling for Black History month to be canceled and instead

Freeman stated “I don’t want a Black history month. Black history is American history.”

The Post Millennial broke the story:

On Friday, Los Angeles Lakers basketball player LeBron James shared and then deleted an Instagram video posted by Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk featuring actor Morgan Freeman calling for the end of Black History Month.

In the clip, former CBS’ Mike Wallace asked Freeman, “Black History Month you find—?” “Ridiculous,” the actor answered, later adding “You’re gonna relegate my history to a month?” and “I don’t want a Black history month. Black history is American history.”

Kirk noticed James had shared and deleted the message and tweeted, “LeBron James shared a video I posted of Morgan Freeman saying we should get rid of black history month, then he deleted it. Why?”

In the full video, after Freeman said, “you’re gonna relegate my history to a month?” Wallace replied, “Oh, come on.”

“What do you do with yours? Which month is white history month?” Freeman asked. “Come on, tell me.”

“I’m Jewish,” Wallace replied.

“Okay, which month is Jewish history month?” Asked Freeman.

“There isn’t one.”

“Oh, oh. Why not? Do you want one?”

“No, no,” Wallace answered.

“I don’t either,” Freeman said. “I don’t want a Black history month. Black history is American history.”

After Wallace asked Freeman how are we “going to get rid of racism” the actor answered, “stop talking about it.”
